Australian Independent Vendors (AIV) is a division of Bidvest Australia, Australia's largest Food Service Distributor. AIV currently services a wide marketplace of food service customers, focusing on what we call the third tier distributions, or Route Trade, servicing small drops which other larger companies cannot or do not want to do. Our customers include Bakeries, Butchers, Convenience Stores, Cafe's, Caterers, Day Care Centers, Delicatessens, Hairdressers, Hotels and Motels, Offices, Restaurants, Service Stations, Snack Bars, Sports Canteens and many more.
AIV customers are predominantly serviced by van sales where an AIV Franchise Vendor calls to the customers door, with a van full of stock ready for the customers needs. The challenge
